{SOUL} Triggers: My Intentions Today

From last few day when the whole nation was engaged and immersed in Electoral Process, when the blaming, claiming, mocking and cross-cutting all who share a different view-points was the game, subtly highlighted one point – How we are not ready to Listen, Change, Accept, Adopt and Express what is RIGHT and is REQUIRED for nation’s growth.
The world’s largest democratic electoral process also highlighted that ‘How we are fearful and try to protect the elements essential for our comfort zone / reputation / power game, though we are internally aware that, it is not good for common people or universal growth of the nation.
I was contemplating on ‘HOW to SHIFT FOCUS from fear based perspective of #ProblemSolving using #FixedMindset to Positive thought process for #ContinuousGrowth applying principles of #AHM – the Abundance Happiness Mindset”?
In the whole Contemplative Stirring I was coaxed intuitively by ‘Higher Self’ to try highlighting the principles and process tools of APPRECIATIVE INQUIRY for co-creating Happier, Healthier and Collaborative Social Eco-system.
In the era when all are blindly following the technology driven #ArtificialIntelligence machines (AI-m) why don’t we SHIFT for people-centered #AppreciativeInquiry (AI-p) practices?

Appreciative Inquiry principles (AI-p) is about looking for the BEST in PEOPLE– in the way they THINK, they FEEL, and they ACT. The application of AI-p in the whole Work-Life-Social Behave might highly impact the growth of our Eco-System while aligning the Head-Heart and Hands with the ‘SELF’ – the #3HS way of learning, living and leading #AHhaLife!
