International Day of Happiness
International Day of Happiness #IDOH is celebrated worldwide on 20th March every year to inspire, mobilize, and advance the global happiness movement. This year’s theme is #HappinessForAll, Forever. The aim is to be #HappierTogether, focusing on what we have in common, rather than what divides us.
During my journey from #Finding/SeekingHappiness to finally #BecomingHappiness, I explored and experimented with lots of techniques, tools and practices. The outcome of all such steps lead me to finding the CORE of everything and that’s the MASTER KEY to all Challenges of life.
#HappinessHappens:
When we consciously and un-consciously start following our true essence, start SHIFTING to #BEING rather than #DOING we get the true meaning and purpose of life. The following SHIFTS happens automatically e.g. You life FOCUS moves from ‘ME to WE’. You start becoming what you are and your nature transforms from ‘selfish’ to ‘SELF-ish’. You start KNOWING, UNDERSTANDING and EXPERIENCING the TRUE YOU.
BeYou:
By BEing What You Really Are, you start sharing your INSIGHTS, your #AHhaMoments with all as essential part, as the root process, of life. Thus the ACADEMY of HAPPINESS for Holistic Abundance took shape and the #3HS Methodology and System of Abundance and Happiness flowed subtly.
Gratitude:
Express Gratitude, Appreciate Everything, Everyone, Everytime
GRATITUDE is the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness. Gratitude, thankfulness, or gratefulness, from the Latin word gratus ‘pleasing, thankful’, is a feeling of appreciation felt by and/or similar positive response shown by the recipient of kindness, gifts, help, favors, or other types of generosity, towards the giver of such gifts. When you start Expressing Gratitude continuously, your #HappinessQuotient start rising positively. This leads to #HappierYou and you start impacting others co-creating a #HappierEcosystem.
The best way to start Expressing Gratitude and making this a habit, our essential nature, we must start taking small steps to practice it regularly.
I found that APPRECIATION is the best way. When we start appreciating, we start feeling more thankful and slowly from Gratefulness we SHIFT to Greatness i.e. Becoming Happiness
Let’s APPRECIATING the positive and even Challenging things, people, instances of our life. Let’s start it from today and keep practicing it for a week. Let’s Celebrate this week (from 13th March – 20th March 2019) as APPRECIATION WEEK and raise our #HappinessQuotient till 20th March 2019, The #InternationalHappinessDay2019 (#IDOH2019)
