3HS participation at Career Conclave 2019

I was at #CareerConclave2019 organised by DoE, Govt. of NCT Delhi guiding youngsters how to choose their right career track and how to FOCUS on their PASSION.
I was able to TRIGGER the thought process for many conscious students who approached us in the crowd of commercial / professional institutions and one little fellow asked me: Sir, Why you are here? You are not running any institution, nor you have Degree/Diploma/ITI Course, WHY?
That is the ultimate #QUESTION we need to #ASK ourselves repeatedly, before selecting anything we do.
“WHY AM I DOING What I’m Doing?
People usually ask What should I Do? but miss the critical question – Why Should I Do that?
When I was planning our presentation and ideas for helping young millennial the principles of #IKIGAI flashed in my mind and we used purely that by dovetailing it with our essence i.e. the #3HS methodology.
The 4 days of interaction with seekers also coaxed me to introspect and after continuous contemplation evoked meaningful questions and helped me to be more clear, confident and move with more energy.
Some of the QUESTIONS which might help you too… for making decisions for your life – Personal & Professional
– What matters to you mostly – men, money, materials or meaningfulness?
– What are you willing to invest for that?? men, money, (manage) time, or anything it requires???
– Why? What is that uniqueness which is attracting you to do all this?
– What is the #AIM – #ATTENTION : #INTENTION: #MANIFESTATION
– What is my UNDERSTANDING behind all this MANIFESTATION from my efforts?
Answer to the last question is my whole understanding behind everything I DO
AM I HAPPY while doing all this?
